Allison's Travel Service Fees Policy
Allison's Travel Agency does not charge any service fee for vendors that pay commission to us. Unfortunately, most scheduled airline companies such as Northwest, Air Canada and others recently stopped paying travel agencies to sell their tickets to customers. We must therefore charge for this service. Our fee is $10 minimum or 10% of the base fare. There is also a $25 fee for re-booking changes, or cancellations after a deposit has been made. For corporations, we recommend credit card payment. Alternatively, invoicing for payment in seven days can be arranged.
